Our chief coffee farmer Balouki works hard every day to grow and produce the best ITADI products. Year round it’s a process. From planting new coffee trees to pruning and maintaining the others. It takes one full year until it is time to harvest our coffee which is usually in the months of November, December and January. During that time he carefully hand picks each ripe coffee berry from the tree.
